Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which AlgoTradeBase offers refunds for our subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial of our service. No payment information is required during the trial. You will only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue with a paid subscription.
The free trial is limited to one per person/household. We reserve the right to refuse trial access if abuse is suspected.
2. No Refunds on Paid Subscriptions
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our services, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins. This includes:
• Monthly subscriptions — no refund for the current month
• Annual subscriptions — no refund for any portion of the year
• Any add-on or upgrade charges
We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial before subscribing.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
• Technical failure: A documented technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of the billing period, and which we were unable to resolve despite reasonable efforts.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error.
Exceptions are at the sole discretion of AlgoTradeBase management and do not create an obligation for future refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions policy:
1. Contact us at support@algotradebase.net within 14 days of the charge
2. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a detailed description of the issue
3. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing settings. Upon cancellation:
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• EA deployment will cease at the end of the billing period
• Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
• Immediately suspend or terminate your account
• Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
• Pursue recovery of any chargeback fees incurred
