AlgoTradeBase provides software subscription services that allow subscribers to deploy Expert Advisor (EA) trading algorithms on their MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts. Our services include: • Access to proprietary Forex Expert Advisor software • EA deployment and management on our VPS infrastructure • Performance monitoring and reporting dashboard • Customer support AlgoTradeBase is a software subscription service, NOT a financial advisor, investment manager, or broker. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not be prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from using such services • Have a valid MetaTrader 5 brokerage account By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You must create an account to access our services. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4.1 Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans are displayed on our pricing page. 4.2 Free Trial: New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. Only one trial per person is permitted. Trial access may be restricted at our discretion. 4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. 4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. 4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.1 Trial Period: No charges are applied during the free trial period. 5.2 Paid Subscriptions: Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided after the billing period begins. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical failures directly attributable to AlgoTradeBase. 5.3 Dispute Resolution: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact support@algotradebase.net within 14 days of the charge.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: • Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors • Past performance of our EAs is not indicative of future results • You may lose some or all of your trading capital • AlgoTradeBase does not guarantee any profits or specific trading results • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses • Our EAs are software tools, not financial advice By using our services, you confirm you have read and understood our full Risk Disclosure statement.

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided through our services are the exclusive property of AlgoTradeBase and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for your personal trading purposes. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software; or use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Share your account credentials with others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated scripts to access our platform in ways that overload our infrastructure • Resell or redistribute access to our services • Use our services in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALGOTRADEBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoTradeBase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
